As the psychometrist at Brunswick Creek Halifax, Catherine Reeve specializes in administering and scoring psychological tests that contribute to assessments (under the supervision of a registered psychologist). Undergoing an assessment can reveal a lot about your academic, social, and emotional life. While this process can be very exciting, it can also be overwhelming or anxiety-inducing. Catherine provides a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients, regardless of their assessment needs.   
 
Catherine holds an MA in Brain, Behaviour and Cognitive Science from York University, and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Dalhousie University. Outside of Brunswick Creek, Catherine is an accredited dog trainer with the International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants. In this role, she applies her knowledge of emotion regulation and behaviour to help dog owners and their dogs that struggle with fear, anxiety, and frustration that manifest in undesirable behaviours. She is passionate about the use of evidence-based practices to improve the wellbeing of dogs and people alike.
