Kristy believes that life is about balance. When not reading, hiking, or enjoying the nearby beaches, Kristy works as a therapist with Brunswick Creek helping clients on their journey towards balance and mental wellness. She specializes in working with people who have been recently diagnosed and can help them navigate a new lifestyle and treatment options. She has experience working with children, post-secondary students, and adults and will see them for one-on-one sessions.
She is a social work candidate in Nova Scotia and received her MSW from the University of Windsor, Ontario. Working from a person-centered perspective she will work with you to identify and achieve your mental health goals. You will leave each session with a specific skill (rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) or new insight about your behaviour. Kristy offers in-person and virtual sessions services to youth and adults. |
