- Secure Messaging (Recommended): We strongly encourage clients to use the secure messaging feature within Owl Practice for any clinical communication, as it provides enhanced privacy and security.
- Email and SMS: These may be used for administrative purposes (e.g., appointment reminders). While we take reasonable precautions, these methods are not fully secure. By using email or SMS, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
